Ordering Information


•    All items are handmade by Pendi Creations [Net Line Ltd].
•    Wire jewellery is made with silver or steel wire unless otherwise stated.
•    Lengths are specified on Necklaces, Bracelets and Chains and as all Pendi Creations jewellery is handmade.
•    Items generally cannot be made again. However we may be able to make something very similar, so if there is something you really like, then please email us and ask.
•    Most items are sent to you wrapped and suitably packaged so they arrive safely.


Postage and Packaging

•    Postage will be calculated individually.
•    All orders are send by regular mail service, unless you desire different method (contact us for delivery requests).

Terms & Conditions

•    The pendi-creations.com website and services are intended as a business and commercial site, and therefore is not intended for persons under the age of 16.


Guarantee & Returns

•    We do not refund if you change your mind, so please choose your goods carefully.
•    We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase, but if not, then an exchange will be offered.
•    Goods should be returned, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale, within 7 days of delivery.
•    Exchange will only be given on items received back.
•    Postage costs cannot be refunded.
•    All returns must be suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit.
•    Earrings cannot be exchanged due to current Hygiene Regulations.
•    If an item is damaged in transit, then please notify us within 7 days for a replacement.
•    Damaged items will have to be returned as above.
•    The cost of any return will have to be met by the customer.




Prices, Availability & Delivery

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Given that all items are handmade to order, please allow 14 days from the date of your order to receive your order.
• We will endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and in most cases this will be within a couple of days.
• If you require an item urgently, please email us when ordering and we will do our best to help you.
• Customers should be aware that due to the nature of the internet and quality of photography, the colour of some items may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring.Unfortunately this is unavoidable, but we are sure that customers will be pleased with the real item.
• Our company is not VAT registered and therefore we do not charge VAT.
• Pendi delivers products only to European Union customers.

•    Pendi Creations will not disclose buyers' information to third parties.


Warranties

•    Please note that children's jewellery is not suitable for children aged under 3 years.
•    Also please be aware that the children's jewellery is reasonably robust but is not meant as play items and will not withstand too much rough handling and may be better suited to girls aged 5 or over.
•    Children's necklace descriptions state what the beads are threaded onto (ie elastic, thread or wire) - this is to help you to determine their suitability for the age of the child you wish to purchase for.
